OUR IDENTITY

LEAN IN is a close-knit community of men and women set apart to stand in partnership with God. We are a people devoted to the ministry of prayer and intercession, giving ourselves to His presence until His will is done on the earth and His mandate is fulfilled through this ministry.

Here, every person takes their place as a watchman, embracing the privilege and responsibility of contending in prayer until salvation, the power of God, the Kingdom of God, and the authority of Christ are revealed across the nations of the earth.

OUR ASSIGNMENT

Cry Out for the Nations

We contend in prayer for the nations and cities of the earth, giving God no rest until the deliverance of nations breaks forth like fire.

Stand as Watchmen

We stand in the gap for every expression of this mandate, laboring faithfully in prayer until God completes His work and causes His name to be glorified throughout the earth through this ministry.

Our Foundation

Isaiah 62:1
“Because I love Zion, I will not keep still. Because my heart yearns for Jerusalem, I cannot remain silent. I will not stop praying for her until her righteousness shines like the dawn, and her salvation blazes like a burning torch.”

Isaiah 62:6–7
“I have posted watchmen on your walls… they will pray day and night continually. Take no rest, all you who pray to the LORD. Give Him no rest until He establishes His work and makes it a praise in the earth.”

Our Posture

Spirit Led
We do not pray out of routine. We respond to the leadership of the Holy Spirit. Each day, we yield our voices to His instruction, praying what He desires.

Faithful
We do not pray occasionally or only when it is convenient. We remain steadfast as those assigned to stand in the gap so that people across the nations may encounter Jesus, be saved, and be transformed by His power. As a community, we pray daily, gather weekly, and stretch ourselves in extended seasons of prayer each quarter.
